Fitness Assessments

Learn how to establish a baseline for measuring your fitness progress using the four assessments below. This includes stepping on a scale, measuring body composition, performing flexibility tests, and conducting cardiorespiratory and muscular strength tests to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Utilize the Jefit app to log all of your measurements. Alternatively, you can use the “Fitness Assessment” template as you proceed through each of the below sections!
