  • Areas of Expertise: I specialize in teaching sustainable ways to improve your overall health and physique through weight training and nutrition. With a primary background in mental health, I focus on helping to reframe the individuals behaviors and mindset regarding training and nutrition.

  • Certification(s): I am a NASM certified personal trainer and working on my nutrition certification. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

  • Years of Experience: I have been an athlete since I was 6 years old. I played volleyball, soccer, and softball; I played softball at the collegiate level as well. Through my years of being an athlete I learned the importance of weight training, strength building, & fueling my body with proper nutrition. I also have several years experience as a coach and mentor to younger athletes as well. I received my personal training certification 2 years ago and have been providing online training services since then.

  • Wellness Philosophy: I believe that physical and mental health go hand in hand. In order to excel in one area, you have to be stable in the other. Learning to change our thoughts and behaviors regarding weight training and nutrition is imperative to build sustainable, long-lasting change. I believe in teaching my clients more than just how to lift weights; I believe in teaching them the importance of adequate sleep, water intake, stress management, and overall daily movement (outside of training). People need to know and understand the how / why behind the things they are doing in order to believe it in and obtain long-lasting lifestyle changes.

  • Location of Service(s): Primarily online, so anyone in the country can obtain services. I do also have very limited in-person training sessions available at JustTrain gym located in Palm Coast.

Personal Wellness Journey: My own journey started back in 2012. I was 22 years old and into the college party scene. My habits were very unhealthy and my body was on a downward spiral. At 5'3", I weighed 220 lbs and was 40% body fat. I knew something needed to change. I woke up one day and decided I was ready to take back control of my life and my body. Through years of hard work and CONSISTENCY, I was able to lose over 100lbs (with no drugs or surgeries) and over 20% body fat. I took no shortcuts and no hacks; I accepted that it was not going to just be a 6 month thing; this was an overall lifestyle change and if I wanted to sustain my progress, I could not revert back to my old habits. Here I am, over 10 years later, and I have kept the weight off and adapted to a completely different way of thinking, doing, and being. I even began competing in bodybuilding as a new way to challenge my body and mind. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why someone "can't do this" or why the "weight just won't stay off" but I am a walking example that it is possible and can lead sustainable, positive, life-altering results.

1-1 Online Coaching

This includes a structured, individualized training program, nutrition, and cardio / supplement recommendations. Your program is tailored to your goals by taking into account your access to equipment, potential limitation/injuries, days able to dedicate to training, and any possible dietary restrictions. Online coaching includes 24/7 access to messaging me via WhatsApp with any questions/comments/concerns. Video/audio feedback, correction to your training form/execution via videos you send in, weekly check-ins via email that consist of you sending in pictures, weight, and answering biofeedback questions (check-ins are utilized to make changes to your programming based on the feedback provided weekly)
