1-1 Certified Personal Training
I help my clients accomplish whatever they want, health-wise. When it comes to changing the body composition (losing body fat or gaining muscle mass), the nutrition side of things is critically important. I will develop a nutrition plan for you during our time together so that you can eat well without having to choke down foods you don't enjoy. I'll also help you to employ other nutrition principles such as meal timing, portion sizes, and macronutrient ratios.
The other important aspect of changing one's body composition is exercise. We'll train for 1/2 hour each session. Our workouts will mostly consist of high intensity, circuit style, training. Our goal will be to get you familiar with a wide range of exercises so that you can safely keep your heart rate up for the duration of your training session. I'll push you to burn as many calories as possible, however, I make sure to gather enough information about you up front so that I know how much intensity to start you with. Everyone has a different fitness level, so making sure I tailor everyone's training program to their specifics is very important.
