Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls

Steps:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length.

  • Curl one dumbbell toward the same-side shoulder, rotating your forearm so your palm faces your shoulder at the top.

  • Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.

  • Repeat with the other arm, alternating arms with each repetition.
