Dumbbell Biceps Curls
Steps:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length, palms facing forward.
Keeping your elbows stationary, curl both dumbbells up towards your shoulders.
Contract your biceps fully at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
