Dumbbell Biceps Curls

Steps:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length, palms facing forward.

  • Keeping your elbows stationary, curl both dumbbells up towards your shoulders.

  • Contract your biceps fully at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
